Quinton Group and iLearnOnQ®: how the work reaches the whole enterprise

Quinton Group is the firm Tracy Quinton founded and has led for more than forty years. iLearnOnQ® is how its work now reaches every leader in an organization, not just the ones in the room.

Quinton Group 2.0

For four decades, Quinton Group was consulting by referral, with Tracy at the centre of every engagement. Quinton Group 2.0 takes everything those engagements proved and builds it into a system an entire enterprise can use. The consulting remains where it matters most: at the start, with the C-suite. That starting point is the first stage of how InterCONNECT® moves through an organization.

iLearnOnQ®: the right information at the right time

iLearnOnQ® carries Tracy's method to every level of leadership: video content, workbooks, LAB assignments, resources, and live group sessions with Quinton Group coaches aligned to the executive team's mandate. It begins with the Essentials, three courses built from the tools clients have told Tracy, again and again, were the most meaningful of their careers.

The foundations are the same for every organization. How each organization moves through them is not. That, and a train-the-trainer model that leaves the work with your own people, is what makes it enterprise leadership development rather than a course.

Why most leadership development doesn't change behaviour

Most leadership development is a classroom, a binder and a good week, and then Monday. Behaviour changes when the people at the top change with everyone else, when the language is shared across the organization, and when the practice continues after the facilitator has gone. As one head of learning and development at a major Canadian bank put it, Tracy's approach is "less 'classroom lecture with handouts' and more direct discussion with engaging, effective interaction and personal follow-up where needed."

Where to go next

To see whether an enterprise engagement is right for you, start with the organizations this work is built for.
